USAA, what are you spending your money on? It's not brick and mortar locations and it's certainly not training for your representatives. Getting four differing answers from four people on one common issue (getting a check to purchase a car) is unsatisfactory. Further, your website sucks, your representatives well rehearsed responses which lack facts, and your obnoxiously slow delivery method also suck. There's no reason that I shouldn't be able to retrieve a check from your local brick and mortar location, except you'd rather use the Pony Express. Thank you for probably ruining a deal, wasting hours of my time, and frankly - not living up to the hype.
