After spending 2 hours on the phone today with the policy department there was absolutly no resolution. This problem has been ongoing since February, 2021. We are paying for a vehicle that USAA totalled. Paid in full, proof of payoff provieded and yet we are still charged month after month. Each time I call I am told that the back office needs to investigate.
Wayne Peacock needs to be aware of this lack of compentance. Yes, I did call the office of the CEO and got disconnected while speaking with Michael.
