I am extremely dissatisfied with USAA. I was in a car accident on March 5th, 2018 in which the other driver was completely at fault. The other person ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of me while I was going 45 mph. It is now December 19th, 2018 and I am still receiving bills from USAA. I have received at least five bills yet I should not have to pay anything for this accident as I was not at fault. I have called USAA multiple times and tried to work with them to clear this up but even after nine months I'm still receiving bills which I should not have to pay at all. I do not wish to use USAA for my auto insurance anymore because they have not been trustworthy or helped me when another person was at fault. I cannot count on them whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
