I have been a member for over 30 yrs. I am so frustated. I had been looking for a used car and trusting USAA for 6mths and if I would of read what USAA members have said about their bad experiences. I woukd of never purchased a car with their Certified dealers! Leesburg auto sales ripped me off 300.00. The exchange dealer. Another 300.00 entrusting USAA. They are crooks and i am not receiving mymoney back. I have breast cancer i am in debt for medical bills. I have dealt with other banking issues and errors with this bank. I am the one to blame.
