Unsatisfied customer

Roadside assistance is worthless not a bad insurance company but they need to up their roadside assistance for sure they said they were gonna call me back and never did I ended up having to drive my wrecked car home not cool:(

Your experience surprises me.  Over the years I've used USAA's roadside assistance programs numerous times and have always received nothing but excellent response time and actual service.  I would probably have been p----d too.  Cheers-Tommy B
