USAA has no control over certificate from AUTO CIRCLE

Two weeks ago I was interested in purchasing a vehicle through Auto Circle. I received the certificate from USAA which directed me to Kendall Toyota. A local dealership in Miami.

When I arrived I was told by the sales manager that certificate was bellow the amount they where willing to sale the vehicle by 381 dollars. When I asked if they where required to honor the certificate, I was told they were not required to do so.

I then had to get a loan from another bank with a higher interest rate since I was in needed the vehicle to go on a previously planned road trip.

After contacting the folks at Auto Circle, they reaffirmed the fact that the dealer has the last word.

I feel that the purpose of the certificate was not honored and I was not able to do anything about it.

Hope this helps those of you who are counting on utilizing a certificate from AUTO CIRCLE.

True, I would have done the same if I was not counting on a vehicle to travel the next day.
