Be careful when purchasing the TLP through USAA, especially if you intend to refinance. You only have 60 days to cancel this product and if not within that time frame you will lose the entire amount. There is no prorated refund as with normal GAP insurance. Make sure you read the fine print when signing anything with USAA since there are often a lot of little things like the above that you can get screwed out of.
