Thank you for the pleasure for being on the telephone for 2 hours and 15 minutes between Claims and Policy Services Dept(s) trying to get clear and truthful answers to claim that was paid against me. When the damage’s do not equal too any damage that my car did not receive. When speaking with Managers between the two dept(s), you can tell they could honestly careless about seeking the truth or seeking a resolution to the matter. 19 years of faithful payment of dues, results in sudden fee increases, that I have not seen in my 19 years with you. While I always believe in your support of us and all the fancy commercial’s you tell us you be there for us. It comes with a price of lack of transparency and honesty. Or part of policy I never heard about. Then you have no true advocate or indpendtant forum or process, when something is not correct. Translation United Automobile Services Association is not member owned, it's just fancy name for corporation it has truly become.
