I PCS'd nearly two years ago, and updated my member information. Unbeknownst to me, the loan department is independent of the rest of USAA services. In chronological order, I updated my new address, then paid off my loan, and USAA sent the title to my previous address via two years. This cost me nearly 6,000.00 dollars with no solution from the company that made the mistake. Thanks, and I'm researching other organizations.
