Going through this now with Matt Slap Subaru in Delaware. Had a TrueCar certificate price and when I took it in, the dealer went online, changed the advertised price, and came back saying they couldn't honor the TrueCar price since the advertised price was higher. I kind of expected them to tack on fees or something, but not to be so blatant as to change the actual price.
