The USAA car buying service is a terrible idea. I went online to try and get an idea of some prices and cars available. For the last three weeks I have been hounded by 50 or more phone calls and emails from dealerships.  Is very disturbing to know that my information was shared so freely. PLEASE, if you don’t want to be harassed by dealerships do NOT use this service! Terrible experience and I will never use it again!

Yep! I was looking at Jeeps last night. Guess I should have looked more closely. This morning I’ve had 6 emails, a text, and a phone call! I can’t believe that my information gets passed on to car dealerships! Truly amazed by this approach. Now I know I won’t use this service.
