I used the car buying service for the first time. Found the car I wanted. Dealer acted like he knew nothing about the service but promised me I would get the dealer discount offered. After arranging financing the price went up by $1200. I got various reasons why. Complained to TrueCar who manages the service and got another reason. This is the last time I will use the service.
