I just spoke with a rep named Cyrena, on 2/15/18 about 8 pm, she was beyond rude, condescending made me want to shut down any business with USAA. Except I had to remind myself she was actually the first RUDE person I've ever spoken with. None the less, I hate service reps who don't take the time to listen to your question and just robotically repeat general information.

Philly, that is certainly NOT how we expect our members to be treated or how we want you to feel after contacting us.  We will certainly review this and conduct a follow up with you. Thank you for your time.

Seems to be a common occurence (these days) with some of the responses you read on the website. Some of them are not very good at listening or even reading the questions.
