I'd advise switching insurance providers together. USAA is not the company it was 10+ years ago. Other insurance companies are better priced or even match USAA.
My entire shop has left USAA as a provider, for good reason too. They no longer provide superior care for service members, or their families.
They've simply become just another insurance company.

@USAA - of course it is never the intent of USAA for members to feel disappointed or frustrated with USAA, but it seems to be a recurring theme - just like the same old same old answers we get on this forum.
I agree. This massive change to USAA was a planned business decision to change the way USAA operates. Really sad as to what the top executives did to a once proud company.
