I am completely dissatisfied with usaa and the total loss department. They currently have me trying to take care of my family of 5 with the one vehicle we have 2 jobs and work almost identicle schedules. We had a rental but only until the total loss was finalized. That was 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received the rest of the money so we can purchase another vehicle and they refuse to pay for a rental until the issue is resolved. Their complete lack of care for their customers is appalling. I cannot stress enough how poor my service has been.

@Joey506th, I definitely understand your frustration with your auto claim and I want to get your situation reviewed as soon as possible.  I asked a claims service manager to follow up with you to further discuss your concerns with the auto claim.  Thanks ~ Robert.

Did you ever receive the rest of the money?
