I have a 2010 GMC Terrain SLE-1 with approximately 29330 miles on it. I've kept on top of car maintainance (oil change, tires rotated, etc), got the tires replaced last year, and had no accident with the car. However, I rarely drive the car since we use public transportation everyday, which is why I'm considering selling the car. Because I rarely drive it and it's sitting in our parking spot, the front rotors have to be resurfaced as well as replace the brake pads (even though it's still good). Do you think I should get the front rotors resurfaced before selling it? Or should I sell "as is" and have the buyer take care of it?
