Customers for almost 30 years. Excellend credit rating. We were trying to buy a truck and the bank the dealership recommended got everything done and we drove the truck off the lot in 6 hours. USAA couldn't get it done in 4 days.
We sent required documentation for dealer funding no less than 5 times, but somehow USAA still doesn't have it. The insurance was a whole other issue. They put the registration in my sons name twice and then we found out they dropped our current truck insurance and insured a truck we didn't own yet. We were driving around in an uninsured truck and didn't even know it because USAA couldn't get it right.
The entire thing was so incredibly bad we are convinced that USAA wants us to go elsewhere with our business.

We are so happy to have put almost all of our USAA insurance and banking accounts in the past. I can't believe the deterioration in USAA, especially since I've been with them for 37 years. I'm not sure if USAA has simply put the partisan politics of the CEO above the member's interests or the decline would have happened anyway, but your insurance and banking future is brighter without USAA.
Our goal is to always make banking and insurance as easy as possible for our members and I am so sorry that you didn't have this experience with us. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention as I will be escalating this issue to the appropriate departments so that it can be addressed. I know that you stated that you were looking to for other insurance coverage, but if you would like I can absolutely review your account on your behalf.
