I applied for a car loan. After answering a few questions, I was approved for an extremely competitive rate.
I contacted USAA several times while going through the car buying service, and each time the reps were very helpful.
The actual purchase went off without a hitch.

Not sure why there is so much negative feedback re: USAA's Cust service; maybe the customer isn't asking the right question? Communication is a two way street
