USAA CEO all the way down the chain of command refuses to do a vehicle replacement on my truck even though they can't figure out the electrical issues. I'm forced to drive around my truck with my airbag or seatbelt not operational. The truck has been in four different accidents within less than a year. They are denying me assistance because of the financial burden on USAA. Thank you for the lack of care you provide to the men and women who wear the uniform.
