Not happy with the service I have got with you guys.ya have changed alot.and I have read alot of bad reviews about u guys calling alot of vehicle total loss which is ridiculous.i will be switching to a insurance that iknow I'm paying for that will treat me good and not just label a vehicle total lost just because it need a paint job.took vehicle to many shops and they laughed and said wtf they talking about it's repairable.smh ya lost my membership and customer service is rude and im not giving a company money that not gonna do anything for me or insure my vehicle.i pay every month full coverage for two vehicle but feel like I'm throwing away money for no gud longer will usaa have my money again.hope they learn customer service one-day.
