Another complaint. I don't think they care as long as they get your premium. Hurricane Michael damaged my car.  Heavy wind, rain and hail. Limbs on car etc. USAA claimed normal wear an tear. I sent them pictures of the car from September 29, 2018, loss happened Oct 11, 2018.  Still denied it. They are a terrible company when it comes to paying out claims.  I am actively looking for another company.  I have turned it over to the state BOI.  I can only tell people that have problems.  Get the state involved. It may help it may not, but they sure do lie when it comes to customer service.
