I've seen numerous emails saying that you would be sending out emails

on April26&27 on the distribution of the discounts , it is now April 27 

and no one in the usaa community hasn't received that discount yet.

We are coming into a new month of payments and no discounts yet,

you posted this information about discounts in March and here its 

about to be May, I am on autopay how does affect my payments 

and other members as well. USAA you are dropping the ball and you 'have a 

large support group of veterans and active military members it would 

be a sad day for you all to see these valuable and loyal members begin to

seek services elsewhere!

Hello! Policyholders may start seeing the auto policy dividend credit on their P&C Bill as early as April 26. The credit will be automatically applied to the P&C bill and will appear on the following month’s statement. Starting April 27, email or mail communication will be sent with the total amount the policyholder can expect to see.

I didn't see a discount but my car insurance payment decreased by $45 ...maybe that's it?

@Evespower, you can check the billing activity online. Once you are logged in, under My Accounts Summary, select Auto & Property Bill and scroll down to the bottom to Account Activity. If you have questions you can click on your policy and click "Contact USAA" on the top right corner. If you prefer to speak with a specialist, please give us a call at 800-531-8722. I just received my car insurance billing, with no discount credited or applied. This surprised me, as the announcement of the 20% discount was several weeks ago and I thought it was to be applied by the next billing.

So, I also did not have my discount, plus my payment was taken out of my account today for my regular amount. I called them and my next bill will show the discount, plus a credit for this month since my monthly bill had already been generated the 7th of this month. So, I guess they couldn't apply the credit this month, plus my policy renews next month, and lo and behold, the ENTIRE state of Arizona is getting a rate increase, and guess by how much...... What good does this help me now? Why would I stay with a company that turns around and raises the rates for the state, even though our cars are older, and we have not had a claim on our auto insurance in years. Be careful other states, it may be coming your way so they can recoup the $520 Million credited to their insured.
