I have be a USAA member since 1966. (54 Years) The service has really declines. My repair shop has been trying to get in touch with USAA for a week to notify them of additional damages on my vehicle. They have not only not approved the repairs but will not respont to the repair shop. I can't get hold of a real person and my representative will not respond to the messages I have left. They will probably blaim this on covid, however I know of a lot of people who would love to be employed right now. 1LT RKA.
