This morning I called for roadside service. The machine told me several times that there was a high demand for service and apologized for the delay several times.  After ten minutes my friend called her AAA service and they were on the road to come to us and i was still on hold with usaa.  Later inattempted to reach a person at usaa to complain but continued to get only the machine even when a rep in auto insur  rep tried to commect me with a human, got the same machine.  Is this the service i should expect bcause if so AAA sure came through and may be a better option.
