I have been waiting for roadside assistance for 21/2 hours. Talk to them 4 times and received 8 different text from USAA . Now they claim they cannot find my request.
Extremely unprofessional.

@susanvalentine, I am sorry to hear that you have been waiting that long for a service provider to arrive. I have contacted our roadside command center and I have asked that they look into this and contact you immediately with a status update.

Extremely unprofessional.  That about sums up USAA these days.

We have been waiting for 2 hours for roadside assistance. It’s terrible service. Now they just said it will be another 40 minutes. I think I’d rather pay AAA the extra money for better service. It’s ridiculous.
