Do we have to make multiple calls, sit on hold, verify, reverify, sit back on hold, reapply over and over again spending hours throughout the day only to finally get the process completed incorrectly?

I simply wanted to refinance my vehicle. After 4 applications and finally running my credit they run the application on the wrong vehicle and for the wrong amount. When I asked where they got all the info for the application they said I went off the notes in the system. They stated they saw my previous application (which was the correct one done earlier that day) but didn't bother asking for any details. Beyond irritated with incompetent people and poor service. Thank you for pulling my credit for nothing.
