I am trying to get advice about refinancing my vehicle without having a job. I am currently receiving low percentage for VA disability and using CH 30 GI bill for college. My current APR is 18.5%. To make matters worse, I don't have the best credit due to medical complications with one of my children. Is there hope for me?
