Sure we’ve all had those moments when a representative at your trusted financial/insurance company provides inaccurate information. This recently happened when taking out an auto loan on a very special vehicle I was purchasing. I will not go into details but once I brought it to the attention of the CEO’s Office one of their very professional associates contacted and immediately helped me resolve the issue. Sure USAA is a large company but not to larger to lose a personal touch with their members, you just have to give them chance.

Thank you USAA for being a trusted partner in this journey called Life.
