It seems unfair that a USAA claims adjustor can determine a customer should only get $700 on a documented car repair bill of $2400. The decision was based on two small cell phone snapshots of the damage. This seems totally unjust to me. Time to go back to State Farm.

Where is the old USAA when you need them?  It is just best to leave USAA and never look back.
