Missing "Pay bill" option on my account summary

When trying to make a payment on my car insurace, it appears as though the "Pay bill" button is missing from my screen. Is anyone else having this same issue?

Hi @Is it only me, I certainly can understand your concerns and like to take a further look at what's going on with your account. To best assist you, please chat with us online while you're logged into your account. When you're on a page where chat is available, you'll see "Reach a Representative" or "Ask USAA" at the top right. Select the drop down menu, then select Click to Chat.
