That's a great question, Gold Eagle. Due to banking regulations, the minimum age to be an account holder for a loan is 18. Therefore, your daughter cannot apply for the loan nor would you be able to co-sign a loan. While I understand that you wish to build her credit, you may consider adding your daughter as an 'authorized user' if you have any active USAA
