Was told they would call in 2-3 days to schedule someone to meet me and do an estimate on my vehicle for hail damage.  2 days later I get an email saying the appraisal is done, and the claims rep can't even understand why I'm upset that they did not contact me.  I am so disapointed in the dirrection USAA is headed these days.  Last time this happened their estimate was off by over 1000 dollars because they "did not see the 7" dent in the hood of the car".  It is no wonder people are leaving for other companies.
