As a member with USAA over 15 years, I found today to be very troubling and I'm very concerned about any future business.  Retirement during COVID has been extremely strenuous and very difficult, recently I discovered my insurance was canceled being late by 5 days.  Which, is probably due to the long Memorial Day weekend and them having the wrong email on file.  Very disappointed on how they treated me as a veteran and unable to resolve my situation.  Very sad.
