Can someone please help me with my insurance claim representative. My wife was rear ended less than a week ago and there was extensive damage to the rear when she was hit by a 24 foot flat bed diesel truck. When we took it to the body shop, we noticed there was more damage to the front end. They marked it as prior damage..( which it wasn’t. This car is less than a year old and was previously repaired by another non at fault accident) so I know there wasn’t damage. And since my wife gave a statement saying she was hit from the back and didn’t notice the front end damage they will not pay for it. I feel really disrespected by the tone of the representatives I’ve been dealing with. I need to speak to some specialist, USAA.
