How to Get the $1000 Bonus Certificate ?

It used to be a member could get a certificate emailed to them for a Bonus Cash discount.

For example,  RAM currently offers $1000 Bonus certificate and has for some time now. 

Supposedly you do the following

1. Select Manufacturer

   Choose from any of the discounts listed on the car buying page
2. Activate

    Generate your offer code.
3. Redeem
    Your code will be emailed to you then just take it to any dealer to redeem.

HOWEVER, it does not do anything but take you to a page that indicates 

   Sorry! We can’t find that page. You might try going back or home. 

It appears your have to be a "special" USSA member now to be able to get a bonus certificate.

So what is the Criteria for being able to get a Bonus Certificate emailed to a member?

Some years ago, I was able to get a certificate generated but ended up not using it.

Anyone successful these days with getting a discount certificate generated?
