Washington Post Article of December 6, 2022. Read and beware. I have cancelled my Gold Club card, and will not rent from Hertz in the future. People have been jailed after being falsely accused of stealing rental cars that they rented.
I would have USAA consider cancellng Hertz as a rental company featured on USAA's website.
