So I came back to USAA after going to another company with better rates, but I had a good experience with them so picked them up again when I bought a new car. On the phone when I set the insurance up the agent told me I was covered from the time of the phone call, even though on paper it says midnight starting the next day. Of course 8 hours later I get slammed by a guy that swerved into oncoming traffic (me). Now USAA is trying to deny coverage, I'm sooo disappointed in them and I'm immediately starting to regret coming back. Looking at all these posts where nothing is done on claims for weeks is even more discouraging. Ugh. Do the right thing here USAA, stand by your word.

@Mak13, We're glad to have you back and I am sorry to hear about your accident.  I hope everyone was okay.  I asked a claims service manager to review your claim situation along with following up with you.  They will be contacting you within 1 to 2 business days.  Thanks ~ Robert.
