We recently had a tree branch fall on our vehicle while on a trip, which resulted in some minor damage to the roof, right A pillar, and the windshield.  We called USAA as soon as we discovered the damage and spoke with a delightful young lady in the claims department.  She took all of our information about the incident and submitted the claim for us.  We never had to talk with another person and were never transferred to another department.  She helped us try to find a local windshield repair facility that could replace the windshield and told us to find a body repair shop to have the repairs done to the roof and A pillar when we returned home.  We had the windshield replaced immediately and submitted the invoice to USAA.  When we got home, we informed USAA that we had found a repair shop.  USAA called the repair shop and immediately authorized the repairs.  They paid the repair shop directly and we never had to worry about anything.  What a great company!!  They made everything so simple.  Thank you USAA.  You continue to be the best!!
