Frightening experience with insurance service

I had a horrible experience with transferring my insurance from one car to a newly purchased car with USAA. I have asked for a manager(s) to call me to discuss the issue and address the penalties I was forced to pay with my DMV a direct result of USAA's negligence. That was August 16 and I'm still waiting for a call in spite of my 6 calls to get to that person. I've been a loyal customer all of my adult life, as has all of my family, and I've been treated with utter disrespect and disloyalty. And all I wanted to do was make it right. What a shame!

Welcome to the new USAA. I've been a member for over 45 years. If I was looking for an insurance company and bank, I would NOT choose USAA., especially the USAA bank. Worst I have ever dealt with!!!!!
