I'm trying to file a complaint against the people working on my auto claim, I've searched the website and that was no help and when I called them no one had any idea how to do that and just transferred me to the people I'm trying to complain about.


@Brobi, I hate to hear that you are looking to file a complaint but I want to have your concerns addressed. I have located your claim and I am escalating this to a subject matter expert. Please allow 2-3 business days for a specialist to review your file and reach out to you. Thank you.

Why can't this be handled today or tomorrow? I'm so tired of waiting on a phone call that's not going to happen. I want my money like I was promised

@Brobi, I assure you that escalations are addressed as quickly as the specialists can handle them. There is a process they go through to review the file and the situation so that they are able to better address it when they make contact with you.



If you call the number for USAA and say "file a complaint" you will be sent to a complaint department.


I did this today and after asking several questions I came to the conclusion that they have no real reporting power, and the complaints logged have no path to be reconciled.  They are simply "documented on the account".  They said they could report it but the person knew of no actionable deliverables from any complaint submitted.


Just wanted to share my experience with you.
