After being a loyal customer for 7 years and recommending other soldiers to join USAA, I receive a letter in the mail stating that they are dropping my auto insurance. I understand that I had two accidents in four years and expected my annual premium to increase due to surcharges. I accepted responsibility for the accidents and when my policy came in I always paid it off in full. Now I'm being "discontinued" based on some future algorithm predictions? That's ok USAA you made a cold decsion to cancel me. I'll be sure to cancel my other services that I have with you and bundle them up with another insurance company. I'll also be informing the military members that I recommended and rest assure they'll be taking their business elsewhere.
