My vehicle has been in four accidents within less than a year. Safety features keep failing on my truck. Right now I'm driving with no airbag or seat belt sensors. USAA is completely aware of the situation. Management refuses to reach out to me knowing it's a urgent matter. Right now, I have no other way to get around except using my truck. USAA personally said it's a financial reasoning why they won't replace my truck. I hope and pray that no other USAA member has to go through what I'm going through.

How is it USAA's responsibility if you continue to operate a vehicle that you know is unsafe? If it's that bad, go trade it in and get a decent vehicle.
