Go to another glass shop, and they will contact a company called "SafeliteSolutions" (safelitesolutionsnetwork.com) to authorize your claim. If you already have a claim number, give it to them at that time.
The glass shop in most cases will be paid by that vendor on behalf of USAA after service is complete.
