I am highly disappointed with USAA, simply because for three months they've been telling me I had a auto insurance credit and I kept telling them that I don't for three months I'm not getting my automatic payment deducted, now I receive a auto insurance bill stating that I owe $972 which is a crock because I kept telling them that they're not taking my payments, I'm highly aggravated and shopping for another carrier USAA has lost all of their ethics they're steadily going downhill!
