I was wondering if anyone else had problems with a diminution in value claim?  The at-fault party is also a USAA customer?  I understand why most people give up as the process and stall tactics create a lot of stress and frustration.  I am currently waiting on a letter from USAA denying me so I can move forward with my claim.  Does anyone know how long that process takes?

Sadly this is par for the course. You are not a valued hero to this country as far as USAA who's concerned you are just a dollar amount they hope to make money off. Email me and I'll share my math math doesn't lie USAA does
