Confused

We have our SUV submitted for sale through usaa for about 4 weeks now and we keep lowering the price and we keep getting confirmation that it is approved and a new expiration date, yet I just searched for it and I can't find it anywhere on the site. I'm extremely confused. I only see the cars that dealerships have for sale
