My Car was totally lost during a flash flooding on August 1, 2019. Usaa paid my car off and being a paraplegic my independence is gone. I'm saving to buy another vehicle. If anyone in the Usaa community have a car for sale or want to donate your gift would be greatly appreciated. Horace Love Jr.
