My car was stolen this morning. I need a usaa rep in the phone asap to confirm my rental car reservation. I spoke with a rep this morning, why can't I get one on the phone now? It's like they took the option to speak with someone in an emergency out of the automated system in the last few hours.

They spent money and efforts on advertising for new customers instead of fixing their customer service problems issues, like someone answering the phone instead of that automated answering machine that really sucks.
