I have been with usaa for over 25 years. You have held my family's auto, morage, checking and credit cards. I had to close a business I opened after needing neck surgery. I am retired from airforce too. I had to declar business bankruptcy and so I had to declar personal bankruptcy too. I have never been late or missed any payments to usaa except one credit card. Now when I need usaa the most, getting my daughter a car after hers was totally by usaa, you will not take a chance on me. Why have I stayed with usaa?
