Short answer is that USAA has not replaced their previous car buying services where you could look online, find a vehicle and order and pick up the car at the dealership. Per USAA: This was discontinued October 1st, 2020. When this decision was made it was part of an ongoing effort to simplify and streamline our business and focus on our core products and services. By focusing on our core products and services this will allow us to better execute and deliver on our mission to facilitate the financial security of our members.
USAA failed to understand how hassle free the car buying service was to their members who used it AND that it drives auto loans, which is a Core Product. So no, USAA has no intention to replace their car buying service along with everything else they cut which didn't met their core business, like Check deposits at home. USAA seems to miss that it is these non-core services that set them apart.
